History
LIS began in 1993 as a group of construction industry professionals (many former county employees) who were tired of the corporate structures of the big firms. Founder Bob Case, P.E. wanted not only to work for himself, but to break from the square thinking often associated with engineers; he decided that the best way to do this was to engineer a new environment to his liking. LIS is a creative and free thinking firm that has had many incarnations in its 24 years. There have been many successes and learning experiences along the way.
LIS finished completion of its Alva headquarters in 2006. Since then, they've weathered the recession and developed their service portfolio to accommodate a more diverse client base. The construction industry has evolved greatly over the past 10 years, it's a whole new world now and LIS is ready to help you build it.
In 2009 LIS opened its Oviedo Branch, created Land Investment Services, LLC architectural and engineering services, project development and construction management by Mr. Clark Stilwell and Carlos Sobrin.
LIS utilizes the latest computer software to produce digital files of all designs. The firm is technologically equipped to produce large format digital copies in large quantities in house. The firm provides permitting services to many commercial and residential clients including production builders. Licensed and insured provider of Architecture and Engineering services all around the US. Specializing in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural), and Construction Management for both commercial and residential projects, LIS has been providing economically efficient engineering and related services in the Florida since 1993.
